Job Description
Position Overview:
Aquila Corporation is seeking a Geospatial (GIS) 3D Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and a strong background in utilizing the ESRI platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in geospatial analysis, 3D modeling, and be well-versed in image processing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the development of geospatial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize the ESRI platform to develop, maintain, and analyze geospatial data and 3D models.
Conduct spatial data processing and analysis, including geoprocessing, spatial statistics, and 3D geospatial modeling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement geospatial solutions for various projects.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of GIS processes and workflows.
Assist in the development of customized geospatial tools and applications.
Work with remote sensing data and imagery, including preprocessing and image processing.
Provide technical support and training to team members and end-users on geospatial tools and software.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in GIS, Geography, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Geospatial (GIS) 3D Analyst.
Proficiency in the ESRI platform, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, and ArcGIS Online.
Strong 3D modeling skills and experience with 3D spatial analysis.
Familiarity with image processing techniques and software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of geospatial databases and data management.
Experience with Python scripting for geospatial analysis (preferred).
