Job Description

Position Overview: As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Aquila, you will play a pivotal role in steering our domestic and international expansion while spearheading growth and success with our valued clients. You will be an integral part of our leadership team, strategically driving Aquila towards greater visibility and market presence. Your responsibilities will encompass building and leading our international sales team, optimizing sales structures and strategies, and overseeing the entire sales cycle to ensure effective distribution of our portfolio to enterprise customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Aquila's domestic and international expansion by fostering growth and success with clients.

  • Work closely with the leadership team to strategically steer Aquila towards increased visibility and market impact.

  • Build and manage our international sales team and sales structures.

  • Coordinate and oversee sales strategies and the sales pipeline, optimizing sales cycles for distributing our portfolio to enterprise clients.

  • Conduct successful product demonstrations and present at international conferences to inspire customer interest.

  • Manage and optimize the entire sales cycle, from cost-effective lead generation to final conversion.

  • Take leadership responsibility for hiring and expanding the sales team, as well as overseeing Customer Success, Performance Marketing & Content Marketing teams.

  • Develop and implement effective and scalable sales processes, including the use of CRM systems, while establishing, measuring, and optimizing KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of B2B sales management experience.

  • Core expertise in B2B enterprise sales of Geospatial solutions with additional service offerings.

  • Diverse experience in B2B sales, marketing, and partnership-driven sales.

  • Proven track record in leading sales organizations selling multiple products across various industries.

  • Demonstrated experience in building and growing large international sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record in setting up sales analytics frameworks and effectively communicating insights to stakeholders.

  • Ambition to develop a differentiated company-wide sales strategy and influence overall company strategy.

  • Hands-on mentality with a drive for pragmatic execution.

  • Second Laguage is a plus
