Position Overview:

Aquila OI is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. As an integral part of our client-facing operations, the Account Manager will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. (One position is preferred - not required - to be in CO) 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.

  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients to maximize account growth.

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.

  •  Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and issues promptly, working closely with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions.

  • Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate and timely forecasts and reports on account performance, contributing to overall business intelligence.

  • Contract Renewals: Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to secure long-term relationships with clients.

  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide strategic insights.


Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a related field, demonstrating a track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving revenue targets.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to develop and implement effective account plans.

  • Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques with a focus on win-win solutions.

  • Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive and innovative team culture.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Technology and Professional Services and an understanding of client needs within this sector.

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field is preferred.
