Aquila was presented with a challenge to deploy a solution where the primary goal was to provide management and traveling employees with a tool (App) that would empower them to make informed decisions regarding their travel management. This App should designed with customization in mind, catering to seven different tiers of employees within the organization. It was meant to not only enhance employee safety but also improve their overall experience during international and domestic travel.

Aquila responded with an innovative approach, deploying an integrated web service and app that harnessed the power of more than 70 data sources, with 57 of them providing real-time information. This extensive dataset included crime statistics, traffic updates, political context, government reports, social media trends, zoning characteristics, distance analysis, population clustering, recommendations for safe areas, warnings about dangerous places, emergency service and agency information, contact details, response times, points of interest, transportation options, lodging details, and much more. The integration of these diverse sources allowed for comprehensive safety and security information at users' fingertips.
